Coronavirus has definitely given a new meaning to self-care! Today we're Talking about stress management, maybe like homemade face masks, meditation, tips and tricks on how to relax as the big day gets closer. While I'm sure some of you have had to cancel or reschedule for a later date due to this pandemic so this post is absolutely for you!
Planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming at times (even with the help of a planner!) You’re so excited to marry the love of your life but you can’t help but feel overwhelmed with emotions as it gets closer to your celebration.
I recommend to my brides (and grooms!) to take a self-care day. It’s important to take a day to relax, clear your mind, and focus on something else besides your upcoming wedding.
Here are a few ideas for your Self-Care Bride Day:
Take one morning or afternoon for yourself - no cleaning, no cooking - only movies, blankets, and the couch!
Take a walk at the park, put your phone on “Do Not Disturb” and enjoy the fresh air
Plan a date to catch up with some friends - one rule, no talk about the wedding!
